DELIVERY - Australia
Australia Post's Parcel Post and document delivery service is used for the delivery of artworks and items. Parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping times are estimated to be between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
​
When prints are available, the orders take an additional 4 - 10 business days as they are custom printed before being hand signed. Please allow for this extra time.

All care has been taken to package the goods so that they are delivered safely to you.
DELIVERY – International
I use Australia Post Pack and Track International Service for international orders which includes postal tracking and signature upon delivery.
Shipping times vary and can generally take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.

I will not be held responsible for customs or tax costs that may be imposed by other countries. It is the sole responsibility of the receiver of the item/s to pay these costs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Where the goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased you can receive a refund. This does not include change of mind or if you are unhappy with the colour of the artwork received as monitor calibrations will show different colour saturations depending on your computer/monitor settings.

The return and refund policy applies for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If returned, the item must be unused and be packaged in its original packaging in the same condition in which you received it.
Should you require to complete a return, you are required to email Narelle Steckyj Art with the relevant details within 7 days of receiving the delivery, as well as a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase and a photo of the item with the reason for return. See above for accepted return reasons.
If your item needs to be returned, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.
Refunds (if approved) do not include the shipping costs.
